I’m expanding my virtual call-center team and need several reliable agents who can jump straight into handling live customer support calls. Solid, uninterrupted Wi-Fi and clear English are absolute must-haves because you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. I’m looking for people with an intermediate level of experience on the phone—you already know the basics of de-escalation, active listening, and accurate ticket logging, so training time stays short.

You’ll our cloud dialer, follow the knowledge-base prompts, note each interaction in the CRM, and flag any issues that need escalation. Shifts are flexible but I need coverage to start as soon as you can clear onboarding. A quiet workspace, USB headset, and the discipline to stay on schedule will make you a perfect fit.
