Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to handle incoming leads, communicate with customers, provide estimates, and close bookings.
This is a remote role ideal for someone experienced in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with new leads quickly
- Understand customer moving requirements (pickup, drop-off, size, date)
- Provide accurate estimates and pricing
- Send quotes via email or CRM
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Maintain records of leads and deals in CRM
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Ability to work in Canada (EST) time zone
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM tools)
Nice to Have
- Experience in moving/logistics industry
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24)
- Experience with calling tools (VoIP systems)
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $4
- $8 USD (based on experience)
