I’m launching a focused sales push and need an experienced telecaller to handle the cold-calling portion. The goal is simple: generate qualified leads by speaking with prospects who have never interacted with us before.
You’ll receive a target list, a concise product brief, and the call guidelines I currently use—feel free to refine the script as long as the core messaging and compliance points remain intact. Each conversation should aim to confirm key decision-maker details, gauge interest, and secure permission for a follow-up from our in-house sales team.
For each successful contact, record the prospect’s name, role, direct phone or email, and any buying signals or objections raised. A shared spreadsheet will track daily progress so we can adjust messaging quickly if needed.
Deliver the first batch of results within two days so I can review call notes and quality, then continue at an agreed pace until the list is complete. Accuracy, professionalism, and a confident tone on every call are essential—these leads will feed directly into our sales pipeline, so the information must be reliable.
