Overview:

I need an experienced Meta Ads specialist to run Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns for a property investment business targeting South African consumers. The goal is simple — generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.

What You'll Do:

Build and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns targeting SA property investors Run ads Tuesday to Friday, from the 5th to the 18th of every month Handle audience research, creative placement, budget pacing and daily optimisation Install and verify Meta Pixel and Conversion API for accurate lead tracking Run A/B tests on copy, visuals and audience segments to lower cost-per-lead Ensure leads feed into a WhatsApp follow-up system via webhook Send concise weekly reports covering spend, leads, CPL and next steps

You Must Have:

Proven Meta Ads experience in the South African market Property, financial services or investment niche experience preferred Real dashboard results you can show — no theory, proof only Availability during SA business hours Experience with lead form ads and WhatsApp integration is a plus
