Google Sheets Mini CRM – Build a Clean, Resellable Product

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented freelancer to build a Google Sheets-based Mini CRM system under our brand HABEORA™.

This is a commercial digital product, so the final system must be professional, user-friendly, and ready for resale to end customers. Clean design, smooth workflow, and reliability are critical.

Scope of Work

1. Google Sheets CRM System

• Lead capture sheet (Name, Phone, Email, Source, Status, Notes)
• Structured and scalable data layout
• Data validation (dropdowns for status, source, etc.)

2. Follow-up & Pipeline Tracker

• Lead stages: New / Contacted / Closed / Lost
• Follow-up date tracking
• Visual indicators for overdue and upcoming follow-ups

3. Dashboard

• Total number of leads
• Conversion rate
• Pending follow-ups
• Simple, clean visual summary (charts optional but preferred)

4. Automation (Simple & Efficient)

• Use formulas and/or Google Apps Script
• Lightweight reminder system (no external APIs required)
• Focus on stability and ease of use (avoid overengineering)

5. User Experience & Design

• Clean, minimal, professional layout

• Easy for non-technical users

• Use of:

• Dropdowns

• Filters

• Conditional formatting

• Proper labeling and logical structure

Deliverables

• Fully functional and polished Google Sheet (final version)
• PDF User Guide (clear instructions for end users)
• Demo video (2–5 minutes explaining the system)
• WhatsApp templates for lead communication (PDF or document)

• This product is developed under HABEORA™
• Full ownership and commercial rights belong exclusively to HABEORA™
• Freelancer cannot resell, reuse, distribute, or replicate this system (fully or partially)
• Freelancer cannot claim ownership or use in portfolio without explicit permission
• Final delivery must be complete and ready for resale
