I need a fully-formula driven commission calculator built in Google Sheets for the physical products my team sells. Each product (and the packages we bundle them into) carries its own standard commission rate, yet that rate must adjust downward whenever a rep discounts or otherwise undersells the item.
The sheet you create should let me: • Maintain a central table of products, default prices and their regular commission percentages. • Record every sale with the actual price achieved so the sheet can instantly compare it to the default price and apply the correct—possibly reduced—commission. • View per-rep, per-product and overall commission totals in clean, printable summaries.
I want everything laid out clearly so that I can add new products or tweak rates without touching complex formulas. Please favour built-in functions (ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, QUERY, etc.) over scripts unless absolutely necessary.
