Please keep the layout clean and use only basic, default formatting—no need to replicate fonts, colors, or advanced styling from the Word file. What matters is that every calculated field returns the correct result and that the sheet is easy to follow.
Deliverable: a single.xlsx file ready for immediate use. I’ll verify it by changing a few sample figures; totals and any interim calculations should refresh automatically.
