Job Applications Submission -- 2

I want to delegate the entire job-application process for a batch of roles I qualify for Computer Science College Instructor (in CA or online/remote, start by making a spreadsheet with the all the roles from 2 sites and then approve it with me first). You will research suitable openings I approve, create any necessary accounts, fill out each application with the materials I supply, then log every step in a Google Sheets tracker you design from scratch.

The sheet must clearly show, at minimum, the college name, position title, submission date, and the exact username / password you created or used so I can later.

Once the tracker is live, update it in real time while you apply.

You’ll have all of my résumé versions, cover-letter templates, and any personal details you need before you start. Accuracy, confidentiality, and neat organisation are essential; beyond that, I’m open to your workflow suggestions if they make the process smoother.

Deliverables • Custom Google Sheets tracker, fully populated and shared with edit access • Confirmation that each targeted job has been submitted, with supporting screenshots or email receipts where possible *send a zip folder with subfolders of screenshots for each app)

• Going to need to check each listing individually so please be sure it meets requirements for job title (which can be any type of AI, Artificial Intelligence, ML, Machine Learning, computer science, data science, or electrical or computer engineering if its some type of computer programming such as Assembly Language, or MS Excel/office computer or business type tasks)
• STRICTLY NO AI USE for filling job apps MUST FILL IN ALL THE INFO ON EACH PAGE AND KEEP SCREEN SHOTS OF EACH PAGE OF ALL INFO FILLED IN IN FOLDERS/subfolders (upload to google drive and share)
• modify school name and job title in the cover letter if needed
