I run a young software-development startup and I’m ready to bring in a results-oriented business development executive who will work entirely on a commission basis. Your number-one mission is simple: grow our client base.

You’ll take the lead on identifying prospects, opening conversations, pitching our custom software solutions, and closing deals. I’m open to the channels you’re most comfortable with—whether that’s LinkedIn outreach, targeted email campaigns, partnership building, or in-person networking—as long as the pipeline turns into signed projects.

Because we are still lean, I’m not offering a fixed salary; your earnings scale directly with the revenue you bring in. I’ll share commission percentages and milestone triggers once we establish mutual fit.
