Description
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to handle pre-sales customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries and reaching out to prospective clients via phone.
Key Responsibilities: Handle pre-sales customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication. Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
