We are hiring a confident female sales caller to convert parent leads into paid enrollments.
This is a pure sales-focused role — your job is to take ownership of the conversation, handle objections. Not just to inform, but to convert leads into paid enrollment customers over the phone.
What You’ll Be Selling (Context): MakerWorks Lab is a hands-on robotics and innovation lab for school students, focused on building real-world engineering, creativity, and problem-solving skills. We work directly with parents and students, helping them discover structured programs in robotics, electronics, and future tech.
You will be provided with: A structured call script, Pitch deck (simple, proven). Verified lead list.
What You’ll Be Selling: Robotics & innovation programs for kids (age ~8–16) Target audience: Parents (primary decision-makers)
Daily Responsibilities: Make 20–30 outbound calls per day Qualify and pitch the offering clearly Handle objections confidently (price, trust, time) Follow up with interested leads via calls/WhatsApp Push conversations toward payment or confirmed commitment Maintain a clean call log (Google Sheet / basic CRM)
Compensation: Fixed: ₹10,000/month ₹500 per confirmed in person lab visit. ₹2,000 per successful enrollment.
Expected earnings for performers: > ₹20k/month
Work Setup: Remote (work from home) Must call during Indian business hours (10 AM
- 8 PM preferred) Calls will be made using our personal number
Requirements:
Female candidate (preferred for target audience comfort) Based in Mumbai (preferred, not mandatory) Fluent in English + Hindi (Marathi is a strong plus) Clear voice, confident tone, persuasive communication Comfortable speaking with business owners Basic tech understanding (can explain simple tools/services)
Experience: Prior telecalling / inside sales experience preferred Experience in closing deals over phone is a big advantage Freshers with strong communication can apply
Non-Negotiable: You must be comfortable with targets and incentives You must be okay handling rejection daily You must be consistent with follow-ups
