REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)- You MUST have REAL experience in U.S. real estate wholesaling.

Do NOT apply if: • You have never spoken to U.S. sellers • You don’t understand ARV, MAO, or the 70% rule • You have only done cold calling without real estate knowledge

YOU MUST KNOW: • ARV (After Repair Value) • MAO (Max Allowable Offer) • 70% Rule (and when to adjust it) • How to analyze deals (SFH, MFH, land, mobile homes)

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

You MUST have used MOST of these: • BatchLeads / BatchDialer • Launch Control / Smarter Contact (SMS)

If you have NOT used these, do NOT apply.

JOB ROLE (WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY)

You will: • Call property owners (100–200+ calls/day) • Text property owners (200–500+ texts/day) • Pre-qualify leads (condition, timeline, price)

PAY STRUCTURE • Trial = commission only (per deal you help close) • Full-time = base + commission (after proving performance)

REQUIRED TEST (MANDATORY)

Answer these:

  1. What is ARV?
  2. What is the 70% rule?
  3. Calculate MAO: • ARV = $200,000 • Repairs = $40,000
  4. What do you say if seller wants full market price?

If you do NOT answer correctly, you will NOT be considered.
