Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for key markets and guest segments

  • Strengthen the Ytri Island Retreat brand through targeted marketing, PR, and digital initiatives

  • Build and maintain partnerships with high end travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients

  • Represent Ytri at selected industry events and in Relais & Châteaux collaborations

  • Drive revenue growth through pricing insights, tailored packages, and data‑driven initiatives

  • Ensure strong guest relations and cultivate a loyal community of returning guests

  • Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and Relais & Châteaux networks

Kvalifikasjoner

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Relevant education or experience in sales & marketing

  • Experience from sales and/or marketing, preferably within high end hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and guest journey optimization

  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive commercial results

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Familiarity with Relais & Châteaux standards is a plus (but not required)
