Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial strategies for key markets and guest segments
Strengthen the Ytri Island Retreat brand through targeted marketing, PR, and digital initiatives
Build and maintain partnerships with high end travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
Represent Ytri at selected industry events and in Relais & Châteaux collaborations
Drive revenue growth through pricing insights, tailored packages, and data‑driven initiatives
Ensure strong guest relations and cultivate a loyal community of returning guests
Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and Relais & Châteaux networks
Kvalifikasjoner
We are looking for a candidate with:
Relevant education or experience in sales & marketing
Experience from sales and/or marketing, preferably within high end hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and guest journey optimization
Proven ability to build relationships and drive commercial results
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Familiarity with Relais & Châteaux standards is a plus (but not required)
