Location : Mumbai

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify failed flight bookings in the system
• Assist in booking & issuance of the flights on Airline website and Portals
• Coordinate with Airlines, Suppliers, and internal teams for smooth fulfillment
• Maintain booking accuracy and update records
• Fare rule interpretation
• Ancillary product Fulfillment
• Error reporting
• Processing Refunds on Airline website and Portals

Requirements :

• Any Fresher/Non travel background experience
• Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Night Shifts Included)
• Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail, quick learner, and team player
• Ability to manage change and work under pressure
