JOB SUMMARY  A Retail Sales Assistant provides customer service, drives sales, and maintains store operations by greeting customers, processing transactions via POS systems, and restocking merchandise. They offer product advice, handle returns, maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment, and work to meet sales goals.  Position:  SALES ASSISTANTS (Women applicants only)  Reports to: SHIFT SUPERVISORS   Employment Type:  FULL TIME Salary: ATTRACTIVE Language ; English Fluency Mandatory, Additional language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Swahili etc.) is Very Advantages. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service:   Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and delivering a positive shopping experience. Sales & Transactions :   If needed supporting customers on   Processing payments (cash/card), handling refunds, and using  POS systems. Stock Management :   Receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory; restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels. Merchandising & Maintenance :   Keeping the store tidy, cleaning, and creating, maintaining, or updating visual displays. Security & Policy :   Preventing theft, ensuring safety, and following company procedures. Upselling:  Informing customers about promotions and suggesting products to increase sales.    Key Skills & Qualifications Analytical Mindset:  Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market research, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Negotiation Skills:  Excellent communication and persuasion skills for supplier relationship management. Core Skills and Qualifications: Communication:  Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal:  Friendly, engaging, and confident personality. Technical:  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems/cash registers. Physical:  Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull stock. Professionalism:  Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team.
