We are seeking a visionary International Poultry Operation Technical Consultant to oversee and optimize our massive integrated poultry value chain. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of our integrated operations, including Grandparent (GP), Parent Stock (PS), Commercial Layers, Broilers, and Dual-Purpose birds. The successful candidate will blend technical mastery with strategic oversight to ensure ELFORA remains at the forefront of African poultry production. Key Responsibilities Integrated Operation Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of poultry production, from Grandparent and Parent Stock management to hatchery, broiler, and layer operations. Strategic Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on poultry nutrition, advanced hatchery management, and modern housing/ventilation systems. Project Planning & Performance: Lead farm project planning and conduct rigorous performance analysis to identify and rectify operational bottlenecks. Biosecurity & Disease Control: Establish and enforce world-class biosecurity protocols and disease prevention strategies to protect flock health and yield. Operational Troubleshooting: Conduct "boots-on-the-ground" diagnoses of farm performance, implementing immediate corrective actions for technical or managerial gaps. Capacity Building: Design and deliver technical training programs for senior farm managers and technical teams to foster a culture of high-performance management.
