ERP Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Developer to join our dynamic team. As an ERP Developer, you will play a crucial role in the optimization and enhancement of our Business Central 365 ERP system. The primary focus of this role is on functional aspects, with a secondary emphasis on technical expertise. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of poultry industry processes and workflows, coupled with technical proficiency in ERP development and support.  Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements for the ERP system, with a particular focus on poultry industry processes. Conduct thorough analysis to ensure alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities. Customize and configure the Business Central 365 ERP system to meet specific business requirements. Develop and implement modifications, extensions, and enhancements within the ERP system. Design, execute, and document test plans for ERP system functionality. Collaborate with end-users to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system reliability. Provide training to end-users on ERP system functionalities and best practices. Address and resolve functional issues reported by end-users in a timely and efficient manner. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations. Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to recommend enhancements that align with business objectives. Develop and maintain custom code, scripts, and reports as needed to extend ERP functionality. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate ERP with other systems as required. Manage data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred. Implement and maintain integrations between ERP and other IT systems. Implement and manage security measures within the ERP system to safeguard sensitive data. Define and enforce access controls based on user roles and responsibilities. Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing functional and technical issues promptly. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related problems in collaboration with IT support teams. Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides. Document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with IT teams for system integrations, infrastructure support, and overall IT strategy. Participate in cross-functional teams for company-wide IT initiatives.
