Cashier

Position Title : Cashier Organization : Heal Africa Health City S.C. Duty Station: Heal Africa Health City Compound, Torhayloch  Reports To : Senior Accountant / Finance Officer Job Summary The Cashier is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring proper custody of cash. Preference will be given to female candidates with basic accounting knowledge or experience to support financial operations efficiently and responsibly. Key Responsibilities Receive payments and issue official receipts to clients and customers. Record daily cash transactions accurately. Prepare daily cash collection summaries and reports. Safeguard cash and maintain proper custody of financial documents. Reconcile cash balances at the end of each working day. Assist the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks. Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls. Maintain professionalism and good customer service.
