JOB DESCRIPTION AMBA Dialysis Specialty Clinic is a growing, patient-centered healthcare facility dedicated to providing high-quality renal care and dialysis services. With a capacity of 15 dialysis machines and serving 40–45 patients daily, our clinic is committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate treatment. We are seeking qualified and motivated Dialysis Nurses to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring optimal dialysis care, improving patient outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer dialysis treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and established clinical protocols. Prepare and set up dialysis machines and ensure proper functioning before and during procedures. Monitor patients closely before, during, and after dialysis sessions, responding promptly to complications. Provide direct nursing care and support to patients, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. Educate patients on dialysis processes, treatment plans, and lifestyle recommendations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation. Follow strict infection prevention and control procedures at all times. Collaborate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team, including the internal medicine specialist. Perform general nursing duties as required within the clinic. Support a positive and team-oriented working environment.
