Job Summary: The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, attracting and supporting retail tenants, as well as contributing to the commercial success of the mall. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting leasing activities, and promoting the mall as a premier retail and lifestyle destination.  Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Leasing Support Identify and engage potential retail tenants that align with the mall’s brand positing and tenant mix strategy. Support the leasing team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify emerging retail brands and business operations. Maintain relationships with existing tenants and assist in addressing their marketing and promotional needs. Marketing and Brand Promotion Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the mall and its retailers. Coordinate promotional activities, events, and seasonal campaigns to drive customer traffic. Support brand partnerships, sponsorship and collaborations that enhance the malls market presence. Ensure all marketing activities align with the mall’s brand standard and positioning as a premium destination. Digital and Communication Manage and update the mall’s social media platforms and digital marketing channels. Assist in content creation, advertising campaigns and promotional messaging. Monitor digital engagement and customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness. Market Intelligence Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends in retail, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors. Monitor customer behavior, foot traffic patterns, and campaign performance. Provide insight and recommendations to improve marketing and sales strategies. Events and Customer Experience Support the planning and execution of mall events, promotions and brand activations. Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event delivery Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer engagement and overall mall experience.
