Sales Support Engineer

The Role:

The Sales Support Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves working closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Sales Support Activities (before sales)

Required by Sales (if any)

·          Study Customer Drawings

·          Prepare PIS, CIF

·          Prepare Proposal Drawings

·          Prepare necessary submission documentations in case there is requirement from sales persons

·          Attend meeting with customers along with sales persons if required

Sales Support Activities (after sales)

·          Prepare Checklist for Entering jobs.

·          Prepare Change Order Forms

·          Support Sales on payments documentations

Coordination Between Sales Office and H.O.

·          Ensures proper communication between sales office and H.O. to maintain a proper information and work flow.

·          Monitoring and make record log for documents transmittal between Sales Office and HO

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (Civil)/Architecture).
• Computer Literacy : MS Office / MS Projects / AutoCAD …
• Technical skills in product knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Language Required: English
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Specific Experience : At least 1 year experience working in construction field
