General Manager

Position: General Manager to the factory Location: Arsi Assela Oromia   Experience level: Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Attractive   Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our food complex factory. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production, maintaining food safety standards, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of production, quality, supply chain, and sales and report on daily bases.  Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans Manage budgets, costs, and profitability Lead and develop department heads and staff Build relationships with suppliers, regulators, and key clients Job Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from known university in business management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in senior management. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and production processes Proven leadership and decision-making skills Good communication and problem-solving ability NB.
