Position Summary Job Title: Senior HR & General Service Officer Company: Allin Global Trading PLC Location: Addis Ababa Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting vacancy announcements to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new staff. Contract Administration: Draft and manage employment contracts, work experience letters, and various internal personnel memorandums. Performance Management: Develop and implement employee evaluation systems and handle disciplinary procedures in accordance with Ethiopian Labor Law. Payroll & Benefits: Oversee monthly payroll processing, pension clearances, and employee insurance administration. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance staff productivity. General Services & Administration: Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and security of company offices, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Resource Procurement: Manage the purchase and distribution of office supplies, furniture, and equipment. Fleet & Logistics: Coordinate company vehicle schedules, fuel management, and maintenance. Liaison Works: Represent the company at government offices (e.g., Labor and Social Affairs, Tax authorities) for administrative clearances and renewals.
