Start: short-term / entry possible until May Duration: until the end of 2026 + utilization: flexible (full-time preferred) Location: Berlin and remote ANÜ preferred Operations & Support Specialist This position provides Tier 3 operational ownership of enterprise storage platforms supporting the German EDP production system. The specialist handles complex storage incidents, troubleshooting, and RCA. The role ensures readiness of storage services through monitoring, hardening, patching, runbooks, and rollback procedures. Automation is used heavily to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload. Compliance and security remain essential, supported through observability and routine scanning.
