We are looking to recruit Sales and Marketing Supervisor to join on behalf of our client. Location: Addis Ababa Company Overview Green Scene is a company focused on providing sustainable energy solutions in Ethiopia, including high-value backup power systems and other products such as induction stoves. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Supervisor to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth across our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience selling both high-value technical products and consumer goods, with a strong understanding of the Ethiopian market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for both high-value backup systems and lower-value induction stoves. Lead, coach, and develop the sales and digital marketing team to achieve revenue targets. Create differentiated sales approaches for technical B2B sales (backup systems) and consumer-focused products (induction stoves). Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with business development team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns. Set realistic sales targets and KPIs for the team. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
