Ethioder plc a growing and reputable organization engaged in import-export, logistics, hotel & tourism is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant  to join our finance team. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant  to manage and oversee our daily accounting operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge in accounting and finance, hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, tax compliance, and supervising junior staff. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting management decisions, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Support external and internal audits. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
