About Natanim Charitable Organization (NCO) Natanim Charitable Organization (NCO) is an Ethiopian indigenous civil society organization working in the areas of mental health, psychosocial support, and disability inclusion. The organization works to promote awareness, learning, advocacy, and capacity building for individuals, communities, and institutions. Under its ongoing initiatives, including the CADiR (Collective Action for Disability Rights) Project, supported by NORAD through Atlas Alliance and Youth Mental Health Norway, NCO is establishing a National Mental Health Hotline Counseling Center in Addis Ababa. The center will provide confidential counseling and psychological support services. To ensure and professional counseling standards, NCO seeks to engage a qualified contractor for the design and installation of soundproof counseling rooms. General Information Bid Title: Soundproof Counseling Room Design and Installation Services Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Procurement Type: Works / Service Contract Working Arrangement: Design, supply, and installation-based contract Posted Date: March 25, 2026 Application Deadline: April 08, 2026 Scope of Work The selected contractor will support NCO in establishing confidential and professionally soundproof counseling rooms. NCO will provide access to the designated office space, while the contractor will design and implement the full soundproofing solution. Key tasks include: 1. Site Assessment and Design Conduct assessment of the designated office space Recommend appropriate soundproofing materials and design solutions 2. Counseling Room Construction Construct and install four (4) counseling rooms Each room approximately 1.2 m × 1.5 m Ensure sufficient space for counselor workstation and hotline equipment 3. Soundproof Installation Supply and install acoustic wall panels Install sound insulation materials Provide soundproof door sealing or door replacement Install noise-reducing ceiling treatment (if required) Provide floor sound dampening solutions (if necessary) 4.
