Production Planning Supervisor

Company: Lovegrass Agro Processing PLC Location: Sheger City, Sululta Employment Type : Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning Supervisor to join our factory operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring raw material availability, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role is essential to guaranteeing efficient production flow and timely order fulfilment.  Key Responsibilities Production Planning Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with the production manager. Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and other inputs according to production requirements. Monitor actual production performance against plans and adjust schedules when necessary. Coordinate with procurement and quality departments to minimize delays and ensure efficient production flow. Warehouse & Inventory Control Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Oversee proper storage, handling, and issuing of materials based on FIFO and company standards. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse activity reports. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams. Track incoming shipments and ensure timely receipt and recording of materials. Report on production variances, material usage, and wastage. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resources and reduce operational bottlenecks.
