Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Booking Agent to join our call center team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer bookings, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, platform in a timely and professional manner. Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system. Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers. Basic computer and smartphone usage. Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems. Typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM is recommended.
