Admin and Finance Officer Job Title: Admin and Finance Manager/officer Position Summary Cket Technologies is seeking an Admin and Finance Officer with strong practical experience in accounting operations from entry posting up to period closing, while also handling office administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining financial discipline and administrative efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, payments, receipts, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance Handle accounting processes through month-end and year-end closing Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents Manage payables, receivables, tax-related records, payroll coordination, and finance documentation Maintain proper filing and control of vouchers, contracts, invoices, and administrative records Support budget follow-up, expense control, and financial reporting to management Oversee office administration activities, procurement follow-up, office supplies, logistics coordination, and basic asset record management Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable financial requirements Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and service providers when needed
