Junior Accountant

Position Title : Junior Accountant  Location : Addis Ababa, Ethiopia  About Us: Mansun Trading PLC is a dynamic and growing company operating across Construction, Import and Export sectors. We are looking for a detail oriented and driven Junior Accountant  to join our growing team supporting the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role requires close involvement in accounting activities related to construction projects as well as import and export operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system Assist in maintaining the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers Process invoices and ensure timely payments. Follow up on receivables and assist in collections Conduct different reconciliation statements on regular basis Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions Assist in payment processing and documentation Track project related expenses and budgets Assist in cost allocation and expense categorization per project Ensure proper documentation of project costs Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations and company policies Assist with VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory filings Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits
