Start: ASAPDuration: 4 monthsLocation: On-site in Stockholm 5 days a weekWhat You'll DoTeam Leadership & StrategyLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Definition & Automation teamSet the direction for how the organization defines, documents, and automates key workflowsAlign team priorities with broader operational and company objectivesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to gather requirements and drive alignmentServe as the connective tissue between operational needs and technical implementationEnsure that definitions and automations are grounded in real, practical use casesProcess Design & StandardizationOwn the creation and upkeep of structured process definitions across key workflowsTurn ambiguous, ad hoc processes into clear, repeatable playbooks and frameworksDrive consistency across onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement touchpointsAutomation & ToolingIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual work and reduce operational frictionPartner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement scalable automation solutionsOwn the tooling strategy for workflow enablement, including CRM, workflow tools, and AI-driven automationAnalytics & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track key metrics around efficiency, scalability, and outcomesUse data and feedback to continuously refine processes and automationsChampion initiatives that improve time-to-value and reduce effort across the organizationWhat We're Looking For5+ years in Operations, RevOps, Enablement, or a similar function2+ years of team leadership experienceProven ability to design scalable processes and deliver automation at scaleStrong systems thinking and a talent for structuring complex workflowsHands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or CRM workflow buildersStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsAnalytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision makingHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward clarity and documentationComfortable with ambiguity and experienced in building processes from the ground upFamiliarity with AI-driven automation or workflow orchestration is a plus
