We are currently looking for an experiencedMarketing Analytics Leadfor a fast-growing, self-sustaining company building and scaling a portfolio of subscription-based mobile products. They are the creators of one of the largest microlearning apps, which reached market leadership in ~1,5 year. The company grows fast, makes decisions based on numbers, and is building a “next-level” organization where automation and platformization remove routine work and leave teams focused on high-impact problems.
As the newMarketing Analytics Lead,you will build and lead a centralized marketing analytics function and become a strategic partner to Marketing, User Acquisition, Monetization, and Leadership, driving growth and ROI through measurement, experimentation, insights, and strong data foundations.
Define the vision and roadmap of marketing analytics aligned with growth and monetization goals.
Establish best practices for analysis, experimentation, and reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts (2–3+), set standards and workflows, manage priorities in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Build and continuously improve measurement frameworks, KPI systems, and attribution approaches across UA → monetization funnels.
Ensure consistent definitions and correct interpretation of results across teams.
Analyze multi-channel campaign performance and provide clear insights on efficiency, incrementality, and ROI across networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.).
Design and develop dashboards and executive-level reporting for marketing and monetization.
Drive stakeholder adoption of insights through clear narratives and data storytelling.
Own data-quality “sanity checks”: validation, consistency, governance across multiple data sources.
Partner with Data Platform/Engineering understanding the data model and ensure it supports marketing analytics needs.
Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategy (acquisition flows, pricing, funnels), ensuring statistical rigor and actionable outcomes.
Run segmentation and cohort analysis to improve targeting, personalization, and LTV.
Apply statistical methods for trend detection, forecasting, and strategic planning support.
5+ years in analytics with a strong focus on marketing + product monetization for subscription apps.
Experience leading analytics in a multi-product / multi-app environment.
Hands-on UA analytics across networks: Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, Apple Search Ads (and similar).
Deep understanding of UA, attribution, and monetization (subscriptions, IAP, Web2App/Web2Web).
Strong understanding of creative production flows and the ad lifecycle tied to UA performance.
