Graphic Designer

Project-Based

Description

We're an AI-first outstaffing company connecting European and US businesses with top Ukrainian talent. We're looking for a graphic designer to execute diverse design tasks across multiple client accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Execute design tasks from clear briefs: banners, logos, presentations, brandbooks, social media visuals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables following client identity guidelines
  • Deliver files in correct formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD) — no chasing required
  • Generate concepts and moodboards using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
  • Log work via AI assistant in Dropbox (we train you — takes 10 min/day)

Compensation:

  • Base salary — discussed at interview
  • Salary review every 6 months — automatic +10%
  • Payments: twice/month (UA card) or once/month (international card, PayPal, Payoneer)
  • International transfer fees covered by the company

What we offer:

  • 100% remote — city and country don't matter
  • Two shifts: morning (9AM–6PM Kyiv) or evening (3PM–midnight Kyiv)
  • Personal AI assistant + your own Dropbox workspace from day one
  • Full tool access: Claude AI, ChatGPT, Figma, Adobe CC, Midjourney
  • Clear onboarding — we train you, even if starting from scratch
  • No micromanagement — results matter, not activity theater

Requirements:

  • Portfolio: 3–5 works minimum (academic, pet projects, or freelance — all count)
  • Figma or Adobe (Photoshop / Illustrator) — at least one, confidently
  • English B1 (reading briefs, understanding feedback)
  • Desktop or laptop (required)
  • Stable internet connection

Nice to have:

  • Figma and Adobe both
  • Adobe InDesign — for multi-page layouts and brandbooks
  • After Effects — animated presentations or motion graphics
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly)
  • portfolio link — we review within 1 business day
