Account manager (German language)
Description
Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company developing scalable B2B digital platforms for global partners. We are expanding our Retention team and are looking for a proactive German-speaking Account Manager who enjoys client communication, knows how to build long-term relationships, and is ready to drive users toward VIP status. In this role, you’ll work with an active and loyal player base, focus on outbound communication, increase engagement, and directly impact retention and revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to active and loyal users to maintain engagement and strengthen relationships.
- Presenting promotions, bonuses, and special offers tailored to client needs.
- Collecting and analyzing client feedback regarding product and service quality.
- Handling incoming requests via email and other communication channels.
- Providing consultations and support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions.
- Ensuring sufficient coverage of the active client base.
- Developing clients and converting active users into the VIP segment.
- Building long-term relationships and increasing client loyalty through a personalized approach.
- Handling objections and complex client cases effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve client experience.
- Maintaining accurate reporting and documenting interactions in CRM systems. It’s a match if you have:
- Fluent German (C1 or higher) — this is a must.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
- Ability to listen carefully and deeply understand client needs.
- High level of empathy and a client-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and complex cases.
- Experience working with European markets is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes. Nice to have:
- Background in sales or client-facing roles.
- Experience in call centers or working with clients on weekends. What we offer:
- Schedule: 5/2 from 12:00 to 21:00, with a future transition option to 3/4 from 12:00 to 22:00.
