Partnership Manager

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. This role requires research and analytical skills, as well as business acumen & communication skills to identify and enable growth opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders Analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to achieve growth objectives Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines Willingness to handle routine tasks and responsibilities with diligence and professionalism Readiness to learn and experiment English language not lower than Upper-Intermediate level, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Nice to have familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Lemlist, SalesNavigator

Responsibilities: Identify and research potential growth opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and target markets. Provide preparation and management of multi-touch marketing campaigns, including research, validation and outreach. Support growth team in their activities: events, campaigns etc. Organize and maintain growth-related data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility for analysis and CRM hygiene Personalized approach to high-potential prospects` engagement Research events, partnerships and growth channels Communicate with partners and stakeholders via email to ensure organization processes, provide updates, address inquiries or concerns effectively Communicate with inbound leads to provide discovery and qualification
