Trainee/Junior Account Manager
Description
We are looking for a proactive Junior Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding our partner network, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our analytical services.
The Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients across the UK, US, and EU. Translate client hiring needs and project requirements into actionable requests for our recruitment and delivery teams. Identify opportunities to scale client teams (Upsell/Cross-sell) and increase overall billable volume. Build long-term trust through regular sync-ups, health checks, and performance reporting. Oversee the full lifecycle - from onboarding and contract management to invoicing and monthly reporting.
Requirements: Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must. Ability to negotiate, influence, and handle feedback professionally. Capacity to structure information and maintain attention to detail. Fast learner
