About the Company We are hiring on behalf of our partner company, a fast-growing e-commerce platform connecting retail and wholesale buyers with suppliers globally. The company is focused on scaling its B2B operations and expanding its international partner network.

Responsibilities Identify and acquire new B2B clients (wholesale buyers) Manage and develop inbound (warm) leads Conduct outbound prospecting and build new partnerships Source and engage with suppliers (supply side) Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Build and maintain long-term client relationships Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analytics, product, development) Participate in industry events and conferences

Requirements English level: C1 or higher Russian: conversational level Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus Understanding of e-commerce or online business is preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Proactive mindset and result-oriented approach High motivation to earn and grow Willingness to learn and develop in fintech / e-commerce
