Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients Lead regular client meetings and performance calls Maintain consistent, proactive communication Manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally Build long-term trusted relationships Develop and oversee SEO strategies aligned with client business goals Conduct advanced keyword research and content planning Identify technical SEO opportunities and growth areas Perform website audits and provide actionable recommendations Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics Deliver clear, insightful performance reports Ensure implementation quality across internal teams Work closely with content creators, developers, designers, and ad managers Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time

Qualifications

2+ years experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO strategy and execution Proven experience managing digital marketing clients (not general account management) Deep understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console Excellent English communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preference will be given to candidates based in Canada / those able to work Canadian business hours.
