SMM Manager (Reddit / LinkedIn)

We are looking for a proactive and creative SMM Manager who knows how to: grow visibility and engagement on LinkedIn and Reddit; build recognizable voice and authority; generate consistent inbound interest and leads; create content that people actually read, save, and respond to.

Key responsibilities:

LinkedIn - 55% Create, publish and promote content focused on solving specific problems for clearly defined target audiences based on our actual expertise and experiences; Actively promote posts and Company’s profiles through thoughtful, relevant comments under industry discussions, contextual mentions of company experience where appropriate; Engage in high-quality commenting (no generic replies), aiming to build visibility and recognition.

Reddit - 45% Develop and manage our company's presence on Reddit; Create posts focused on experience, insights, and lessons learned; Write deep, relevant comments under discussions, contributing value first; Support long-term funnel from expertise to trust.

Main expectations:

4+ years of experience in SMM / Content / Social Growth, focused on Western markets; Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Reddit as communication and growth channels; Strong understanding of how to stand out in saturated social media environments; Excellent written English (C1+), with the ability to write sharp, insightful, non-generic content; Ability to create content independently, with or without AI tools help; Fast execution and strong ownership mindset; Creative, non-standard thinking with focus on results.
