Mobile App AI Chatbot Build

I need an AI-driven chatbot embedded inside my upcoming mobile application, and it has to work flawlessly on both iOS and Android. The bot should cover every conversational touchpoint: answering support questions, steering users toward relevant products to boost sales, and keeping the overall experience lively with smart engagement prompts.

Here’s what I’m after: you’ll design, train, and deploy the conversational model, hook it into my existing REST endpoints for user data and order processing, and hand back clean code that slots straight into our cross-platform build. Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, or another modern NLP framework is welcome so long as response times stay low and everything runs inside our cloud environment.

Key deliverables • Intent recognition, multi-turn dialogue management, and fallback to a live-agent API • Integration-ready modules for both iOS and Android builds • Light analytics or export so we can monitor usage and retrain models • Setup documentation allowing my team to rebuild or extend the bot independently

Acceptance criteria

1. Same codebase compiles and functions on current iOS and Android versions.
2. Customer support, sales assistance, and user engagement flows are fully demonstrable in our staging environment.
3. Deployment docs are clear enough for us to replicate the setup without further help.
