IT Sales Manager Trainee/Junior

Hi! We are looking for a Trainee/Junior Sales Manager who wants to start a career in B2B IT sales and grow professionally in this field. This role is a great fit for someone with a basic understanding of sales who is ready to learn, practice, and work with real inbound leads.

Responsibilities: Learning the company’s sales processes and IT services. Working with inbound leads (MQLs) generated by the marketing team. Preparing for discovery calls:

  • researching companies and leads,
  • analyzing business context.

Participating in discovery calls (initially together with a Sales Manager, later independently). Preparing basic sales materials and presentations using templates. Writing follow-up emails after calls. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and the sales funnel. Gradually expanding responsibilities and preparing for the Junior Sales Manager role.

Requirements: Basic understanding of the B2B sales process (theory, courses, internships, or initial practical experience). Interest in the IT industry and understanding of what IT services are. Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English, confident spoken English. Willingness to conduct discovery calls using a structured script. Basic skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Willingness to work with a CRM system and learn how to manage a sales pipeline. Practical use of AI tools as part of daily work; confident use of ChatGPT, Canva, and similar tools.

Nice to Have Research skills: ability to prepare for calls and collect basic information about a company and a lead. First practical experience in sales, customer support, account management, or other lead-related roles is a plus. Experience in public speaking, debates, acting, or improvisation.
