We are looking for a bold and unconventional leader who will set the style and pace of the company at a global level.

Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy for international expansion.
- Lead the marketing team and foster a creative culture.
- Drive key expansion projects from concept to launch.
- Shape the brand and customer experience across all touchpoints — from first engagement to retention.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years of marketing experience in startups, digital agencies, fintech, or product companies.
- Deep understanding of the premium/luxury segment: real estate, luxury products with an average ticket of $200K+ and LTV of 3 months or more.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with creativity.
- A desire to build, experiment, and do things differently from anyone else in the market.
