Lead generation is the #1 commercial priority for this role. The CMO will be accountable for:
- Building and owning a B2C and B2B demand generation engine across all schools and programmes
- Driving student enrolment pipeline - from awareness through application to admission confirmation
- Developing and managing corporate education lead generation targeting HR Directors, L&D Managers, and CEOs at mid-to-large corporates, government departments, and SOEs
- Defining MQL/SQL criteria and establishing handoff SLAs with the enrolment / admissions team
- Creating content-to-pipeline funnels via LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads, email automation, and thought leadership
- Owning the Digital Regenesys brand and online programme marketing to maximise remote enrolment
- Positioning Regenesys as the authority in practical, Africa-focused business and leadership education
- Driving international market awareness in India, Kenya, and Nigeria alongside campus growth strategies
- Reporting on pipeline contribution, cost-per-enrolment, CAC, and marketing ROI to the Executive team

- B2C enrolment funnels AND B2B corporate training pipelines - both required
- Higher education, EdTech, professional training, B2B services, SaaS, financial services
- South African based; Africa multi-market exposure advantageous
- HubSpot / Salesforce, Google Ads / SEO, LinkedIn Ads, email automation, CRM reporting
- Has led a marketing team (3-10 direct reports); can build and develop capability
- Strong digital marketing foundation - SEO, paid media, content, social, analytics
- Africa or emerging-market multi-campus/geo experience is a significant plus
