Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer Location: New York, Hybrid Role: Contract/Fulltime Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Java Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in AI coding and readiness to join our Wealth Management and Banking technology team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience in deg, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications, with a proven track record of integrating AI-driven solutions into financial platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular/React, and SQL databases. Collaborate with business stakeholders in Wealth Management and Banking to translate requirements into technical solutions. Integrate modern technologies and frameworks to enhance application functionality, performance, and user experience. Ensure applications are robust, secure, and compliant with financial industry standards. Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance on best practices for fullstack development. Optimize application performance, security, and compliance with financial industry standards. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in fullstack development with Java technologies. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Deep understanding of Wealth Management and Banking domain workflows, including portfolio management, risk assessment, and compliance. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to AI-driven financial advisory tools and robo-advisory platforms. Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II). Certifications in Java, Cloud platforms, or Financial Technology.
