💼 About the position We are looking for a detailed, precise, and proactive Administrative/Financial Assistant to join our team! You will be the one who ensures the smooth operation of daily financial processes, supports the financial manager, and ensures accurate records and reporting.

📋 Main Tasks Manage incoming and outgoing invoices. Reconcile bank accounts and company balances. Assist in payroll and employee expense reimbursements. Prepare and maintain financial reports. Provide data for audits. Organize financial documents. Liaise with external accountants and suppliers. Manage asset purchases. Prepare contracts for signature.

🎯 Expectations Experience in administration, finance, or accounting (or studies in these fields). Outstanding precision and organization. Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Zoho Books
