Middle Project Manager who is passionate about digital innovation and project execution. Important! This role involves some travel to the Netherlands to collaborate closely with the client, run in-person consulting sessions at the WeAreBrain office in Amsterdam, and occasionally visit the client’s office. Candidates must have the flexibility and ability to travel within Europe.

Job Requirements Mandatory: 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software development, or digital product environments. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience managing remote or distributed teams English level: Upper-intermediate or higher.

As a Plus: Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. Familiarity with UX/UI design workflows. Experience working with different cultures and international teams

Your Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital projects. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project roadblocks. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure clear and transparent communication across teams and stakeholders. Monitor project performance and suggest improvements for efficiency. Drive continuous process improvement within the team and organization.
