Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Preparing Descriptions for New Features: Collaborate with Product managers, Designers, and the Development team to analyze and describe new features. Create detailed User Stories, including use case scenarios, acceptance criteria, and visualizations. Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new features. Monitor changes in requirements, update documentation, and communicate their impact to the team. Support the team at all project stages, providing clarification and answering questions on requirements. Develop specifications for technical implementation.
2. 1. Documenting Existing Functionality: Analyze and systematize existing features and workflows. Prepare clear, concise technical and user documentation. Continuously update and improve existing materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
3. 1. Creating and Formatting User Stories: Utilize visualization tools (diagrams, user flow charts, etc.) to illustrate user stories and business processes. Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and understandable for all team members, including non-technical stakeholders.
4. 1. Supporting the Documentation Process: Maintain a consolidated knowledge base for the project, ensuring easy access and accuracy. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and requirements for consistency and quality.

Required Skills & Experience: 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role. Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation. Experience in writing User Stories and working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Understanding of SDLC Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, FigJam, Miro (графічні редактори та будування діаграм) or similar platforms. Familiarity with creating sequence diagrams and other technical diagrams to illustrate system flows. Ability to work with large volumes of information, organizing and structuring it logically and efficiently. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills English B1+ written Ability to provide examples of requirement documentation or process modeling.

Nice to Have: Experience in creating visual materials like diagrams, prototypes, and workflows. Technical background
