Lead Generation / SDR Specialist

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation / SDR Specialist who will be responsible for finding high-quality leads, testing different lead generation approaches, and supporting our outbound direction

Responsibilities: — identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, professional platforms, manual research, and other tools — find relevant companies, decision-makers, and entry points for further communication — analyze markets, niches, and segments to identify the most promising leads — test new approaches, hypotheses, and channels for client acquisition — build, structure, and maintain up-to-date lead databases — conduct initial lead qualification and pass interested contacts further into the sales pipeline — focus not only on lead quantity, but also on lead quality — prepare and adapt outreach messages for different segments and communication channels — track personal performance, conversion rates, and lead quality — suggest ideas for improving the lead generation process

Requirements: — 1+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, sales research, or outbound sales — understanding of how to find high-quality and relevant leads, not just collect contact databases — hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead research tools — solid understanding of the B2B sales funnel — experience working in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or digital services — experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, or similar tools — ability to analyze companies, markets, and assess lead potential — experience writing personalized outreach messages — attention to detail and accuracy in working with data — proactive, self-driven mindset and willingness to test new approaches — good communication skills — English level: B2 or higher
