Pipeline Sales Captain

About the Role Techchain Solutions builds custom Web3 and AI products for funded startups. We've set up our outbound engine now we need someone who can turn warm leads into revenue.
We're looking for an experienced Pipeline Captain to take over conversations after the first response, qualify leads, run intro calls, and help close deals. This is a part-time role with real ownership: you'll directly influence pipeline and revenue.
You'll work closely with the founder and the Growth Architect. No bureaucracy, no layers just short feedback loops and direct impact on the bottom line. Responsibilities Take over leads after first response from the Growth Architect (Help to Leadgen build conversations) Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP fit, budget, and timeline Run discovery and intro calls with founders, CTOs, and product leads Present Techchain's services and tailor the pitch to each prospect's needs Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot move deals through stages, keep data clean Collaborate on proposal creation and follow-up strategy Help close deals and negotiate terms Provide feedback to the Growth Architect on lead quality and messaging effectiveness Share insights on market trends, objections, and competitor positioning
Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or account executive roles Background in Web3, IT services, or software development sales Proven ability to run sales calls and move deals from qualification to close Strong written and spoken English (C1+) Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Comfortable with async communication and remote work Available for at least 15–20 hours/week with overlap in CIS/EE time zones Self-driven — you don't need someone to tell you to follow up
Nice to Have Existing network in the Web3 / crypto startup ecosystem Experience selling custom development or staff augmentation services Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly) Understanding of AI/ML product landscape Track record of exceeding quota or revenue targets
